It appears James Harden is ready to do whatever is necessary for the Houston Rockets under new head coach Mike D’Antoni. Harden is prepared to make the sacrifice for the team.
“I have made the sacrifice that I want to do whatever it takes to win, so it’s one of the reasons why I didn’t go to the Olympics this summer,” -James Harden
New Rockets head coach Mike D’Antoni has stated some regret of working with past superstars, Kobe Bryant and Carmelo Anthony, and wishes he worked on the relationship with his superstar more.
D’Antoni can change that this year and have that special connection with his superstar point guard. Everything is pointing in the RIGHT direction and is looking up for the Rockets organization.
There is no question that Harden’s offense is not in need of any improvement. But it is still to be seen when his defense improves, can he keep it up on the offense?

Let’s just see if what he says translates to the hardwood.
